Patrick started his real estate career right here in Lee County in 1991. He returned to school soon after to attain his brokers' license. Patrick found experience and career growth at several of the national franchises including on-site sales. He embraced early on the concepts of team selling and the vast possibilities of internet marketing. In 2003 he became a broker-owner of his own national franchise and recruited and trained nearly 40 new and experienced agents.
